We stand behind every GetVibeAlert unit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date — no questions asked.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us through the contact form on our website within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Return Conditions

Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible. We cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged units. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that your refund has been approved. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
