Our guarantee
We stand behind every VibeAlert unit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date — no questions asked.
How to request a return
To initiate a return, contact us through the contact form on our website or by phone at (251) 050-8672 within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, items should be returned in their original packaging where possible. We cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged units. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refund processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that your refund has been approved. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Defective or damaged items
If your VibeAlert unit arrives defective or is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will send a replacement unit or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
